A single menstrual cup can replace hundreds of disposable sanitary products while helping to reduce the irritation frequently associated with conventional options.

Multiple Sizes for the Perfect Fit

Because every body is unique, the Feminea menstrual cup is available in multiple sizes to suit your anatomy and your flow.

Find Your Ideal Size

The ideal size depends on two things: your anatomy and your flow. Follow this simple guide:

Size S — For first-time users and women under 25 who have never given birth vaginally, with a light to moderate flow. Also suitable for women with a low cervix.

Size M — For women under 25 with a heavy flow, or over 25 (or who have given birth vaginally) with a light to moderate flow.

Size L — For women over 25 or who have given birth vaginally, with a heavy flow.

Between two sizes? Choose the smaller one: comfort first, and you can always size up if you experience leaks. You can also take our 60-second quiz to get a personalised recommendation.

Each size is designed to offer the ideal balance of comfort, stability, and capacity.

To keep your cup clean, safe, and long-lasting, follow these simple care tips:
Before your first use and between each cycle, sterilise your cup in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Avoid direct contact with the bottom of the pot to prevent damage.
During your period, rinse your cup with cold water first to prevent staining, then wash it with warm water and a mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free cleanser. Rinse thoroughly to remove any residue before reinserting.
Avoid harsh cleansers like vinegar, bleach, or scented soaps, which can irritate or damage the silicone. Never soak your cup in oils or leave it exposed to cleaning products for long periods, as silicone may absorb them.
With proper care, your Feminea Cup can last up to 5 years — but always inspect it for signs of wear, like tears or holes. If it doesn't feel right anymore, it's time to replace it.

SIZE & FIT
How to choose your size
Two factors matter most: whether you've given birth vaginally (or your age, which affects pelvic floor tone) and how heavy your flow is.
• S — Under 25, no vaginal birth, light to moderate flow. Great for beginners and lower cervixes.
• M — Under 25 with a heavy flow, OR over 25 / given birth vaginally with a light to moderate flow.
• L — Over 25 or given birth vaginally, with a heavy flow.
Duo Packs — for cycles that change day to day:
• Duo Pack S+M — Two cups to match your cycle: S for lighter days or a lower cervix, M for heavier days or a higher cervix.
• Duo Pack M+L — For heavier cycles that vary: M for moderate days, L for your heaviest days. Both in our ultra-soft silicone, gentle if you're prone to bladder sensitivity or cramping with firmer cups.
All sizes are made from 100% medical-grade silicone and offer up to 12 hours of protection.
