During your period, rinse your cup with cold water first to prevent staining, then wash it with warm water and a mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free cleanser. Rinse thoroughly to remove any residue before reinserting.
Avoid harsh cleansers like vinegar, bleach, or scented soaps, which can irritate or damage the silicone. Never soak your cup in oils or leave it exposed to cleaning products for long periods, as silicone may absorb them.
