Cleaning & Care

Before and after each cycle, boil the cup for 5–7 minutes. Between uses, simply rinse it with water and a mild, unscented soap. Avoid antibacterial or oil-based products.

With proper care, your Feminea cup can last up to 5 years. However, we recommend replacing it every 2–3 years, or sooner if there are signs of wear like tears, stickiness, or discoloration.
